Getting to know you

A no obligation, video chat can be arranged before you sign on the dotted line to see if I'm the right fit for you & your vision. Please feel free to reach out if this is something you would like to arrange. If you book with us, I will always arrange a meeting with my clients before the wedding, either by video call or preferably in person. I feel this is important so you feel at ease with me & I'm not going in "cold" on the day. I hate doing that & it can be sometimes awkward. Consider me a friend, just taking pictures & blending in on your special day!

Ready to book?

I try to make the process as simple as possible, yet watertight, to protect myself, but more importantly, my clients. Once you agree to hire me the following will happen:

I draw up a contract for you to look at with all the terms & conditions & how your service & fee is safeguarded. I also draw up an optional form which gives me permission to share any photos or footage on my website or social media platforms. This is entirely your decision, but it all helps publicity & my small business grow. These are emailed to you.
Once the form/s are signed & sent back to me, there is a £50 non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date. The easiest way to pay is via bank transfer. The rest of the balance is due no later than 1 week prior to your wedding date.
By the time the wedding comes around, we would of met up to discuss the finer details of your day & become more acquainted.
